FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Plaintiff filed his petition for relief under Chapter 7 on December 23, 1981.
2. On or about January 20, 1982, Defendant received from Plaintiff a copy of a notice of tax lien.
3. On or about February 16, 1982, Defendant received from Plaintiff a copy of an offer in compromise.
4. Defendant's counsel, on or about February 23, 1982, mailed a letter to the Plaintiff which advised him that the offer in compromise was unacceptable because it contained the wrong information.
5. The offer was for $5,000, with payments of $350 per month. The monthly payment amounted to $2,920. The total amount was less than the taxes in dispute.
